Do you believe that there ever was a real Santa?

No, but I have always heard the story about St. Nicholas. But we were not taught that there was a real Santa past the age of about 5-6. That's when my mother also would tell us about Jesus and His birth because we always went to our church programs anyway. And when we asked if there really was a Santa, my parents told us there wasn't any.
