Weird facial expressions during anxiety?
Sometimes that is anxiety. But I would be interested to know what medication you may be on - because...some medications now for depression and anxiety can have antipsychotic properties. Antipsychotics can cause a condition called tardive dyskinesia. I have it because I was on antipsychotics for a decade and am particularly sensitive - but it can be extreme. Look up your medication and see if it has a warning about unwanted facial movements of the head ,neck or throat. Also look up tardive dyskinesia. Bear in mind the ones on Youtube are extreme cases.
