Pokemon Heartgold defeating red help?

Okay best way to screw Red is to get a faster Pokemon, or Pokemon holding Quick Claw of Focus Sash, that's Ground type with ALOT of Def. pt.s and knows a strong ground type move that can screw pika over like that, maybe Earthquake or Dig. Then, get a strong poke to screw Venusaur, like your Arcanine and give it either a Flame Plate or Charcoal. For Blastoise, avoid gr or dragon types, and use Ampahros on it. Then with Charizard, douse it with your Feralygatr. For Lapras, use Ampharos on it, and be careful! As Ampharos has Perish song and Blizzard. Next is Snorlax. best way to screw it over is to use a Fighting type move, or, use your Dragonites dragon claw on it, as it does have I think low Defense. It'll use sleep and everything, plus Chesto, so just keep whaling on it until it's down with your strongets, best PHYSICAL moves. And if you're still having trouble, equip your poke's with either a Focus sash, Quik Claw, or Focus band so that way if you get hit and survie then use best move or to go first.
