Are estrogen and testosterone a part of Intelligent Design to create females and males?

Estrogen and testosterone are the hormones characteristic of females and males. These are big and complicated organic molecules, yet they are synthesized in human bodies, not only that, a sequential program exists in the brain for their synthesis..and there is a genetic code to p on this program to the next generation...Do you think it happened by itself or is it Planned Design?
