Christians(protestants),why is churches that put away with biblical prohibiton of women not to...?

...teach/have authority over men,not to dress immodestly except for entertainment purposes &wear headscarf whenever they come for public prayer & worship as a sign of submission to god,losing their numerical strength steadily(USA-mainline protestants-12% decreased from more than 60% decades ago,Netherlands mainline protestants-9%,decreased from more than 80% some decades ago,also in other traditional protestant countries it's the same way).How do you get away with reversing the natural order.Or is it that white/western men are biologically and racially so 'weak' that they should submit to their 'superior' western women.Also what happened in the last 200 years that made you think so?Also why are men of other cultures superior and stronger(both mentally and physically) than men of western protestant culture?
