Should i dump my boy friend?

He's acting like a typical teenage boy. Many adult guys are still like this. He hasn't done anything really wrong here besides kissing the other chick on the forehead, just being a flighty forgetful guy. The forehead kiss isn't even really that bad at all, its more brotherly than anything else. And the not texting thing goes both ways.. have you texted him?
