What would be a good brain teaser/ group activity to start off a meeting for 6-10 people?

I'd like it to last 15-30 minutes, with most of that time devoted to solving the problem. Any ideas? It can be interactive with props if needed. Thanks for any help. This group is about 24-28 years old with an average of "some college".
