Aaron rodgers for David Garrand and Felix Jones?

I have David Garrand and Felix Jones and was offered Aaron Rodgers. Currently I am using JT Osullivan at QB because Garrand sucks. I dont play Felix because I rotate Marion Barber, Selvin Young and DeAngelo Williams. I just have Felix as a handcuff. Do you think this will make my team better. I am worried that if I trade Felix away and Barber gets hurt, I am done. What do you guys think?
